This new design eliminates the need to unclamp and reclamp the output cable for every phase under test, which making testing more time efficient. It also eliminates the possibility of the field engineer putting the weight of the output cable on the counter-clockwise rotation of the breaker lug potentially loosening the conductor.

Designed and manufactured in the USA, leveraging all industry leading USA businesses from Autodesk CAD/CAM software, HAAS Automation CNC machines and tooling from Helical, Harvey, and Kennametal.

This design has been field proven on thousands of breakers over the past two years. Manufactured from specialized high strength bearing copper alloy not C110 which is too soft or beryllium which is toxic when handled or machined.
